Intention Herbal Baths

These Medicinal Herbal Baths are hand crafted using a zero-waste apothecary process. After completing our medicinal oil infusions, the same herbs are carefully strained, air-dried, and repurposed into therapeutic herbal tea baths. These dried botanicals are then blended with Epsom salt to create a mineral-rich soak designed for whole-body relaxation and topical herbal support. This method allows you to experience the benefits of the herbs both through oil extraction and warm-water immersion, honoring traditional herbalism while minimizing waste. Contents recommended for 1 bath.

Each bath is blended at a 1:1 ratio of dried herbal material to Epsom salt. Due to natural oil retention in the herbs, exact gram weights may vary, but ratios remain consistent. 

Sciatica and Nerve Bath herbs used: St. John's Wort, Mullein, Lemon Balm and Chamomile with a Lavender essential oil accent.

Migraine & Head Tension Bath herbs used: Peppermint, Spearmint, Rosemary, Lavender and Lemon Balm with a Peppermint essential oil accent.
